We do not offer cash refunds. Any refunds that cannot be credited back to a credit or debit card through our online booking system that were used as a form of payment for services or products purchased will be refunded in the form of a credit that can be used for future services or products provided by Body Spa. 

Unfortunately we do not accept USED products due to break outs or client dissatisfaction (smell, feel, etc.) Only manufacturing flaws in the product will be accepted for returns or exchanges by Eminence Organic Skincare Company. If you are unsure of allergies or sensitivity we recommend that you purchase a trial size of the product to take and test at home before purchasing the full size of product. Breakouts can occur due to stress, diet, hormones and environment. Therefore there is no way to determine if the product was the actual cause of the breakout.
